Alabama Lightwave is a small, locally-owned wireless ISP based at 38 Court Square West in Centreville, Alabama. Founded in 2019 to bring real internet to the towns the cable and fiber companies skipped, we now serve Bibb, Chilton, and Choctaw counties.

How we started.

Alabama Lightwave was founded in 2019 by Josh Lambert, a Centreville local who got tired of watching his neighbors choose between satellite that didn't work, DSL that crawled, and 'no service' on every coverage map. The first tower went up the same year, and the company has been adding towers, addresses, and team members ever since.

Today the company is owned and operated by the same people who answer your call. The office is at 38 Court Square West, two blocks from the Bibb County Courthouse. The trucks are parked behind it. Every wrench and radio is within a five-minute drive of home.
