Ryanna Waldrop runs customer support at Alabama Lightwave. She is often the first voice customers hear when they call and the person who makes sure the right tech ends up at the right address. Wireless internet is in her family. Her father helped pioneer fixed wireless in Alabama, getting rural neighbors online before most people knew the word broadband.
